Operating procedures starting in calendar week 19

Ingolstadt/Neckarsulm, May 3, 2024 – Changes to economic conditions, supply bottlenecks and the impacts of natural catastrophes and armed conflicts may lead to adjustments to production procedures and work situations in certain parts of the company. The Internal Communications department will publish the latest information to that end on this page.

Operating procedures in Ingolstadt

Production on line 1 (A4/A5/Q6) will be suspended for renovations from May 21 to 29. Production on line 2 will also be suspended for renovations from May 21 to 24. On the bridge days of May 10 and 31 after Ascension Day and Corpus Christi, production will be suspended on all three assembly lines. Production on lines 2 and 3 will be suspended from May 27 to 29. Operating procedures in Neckarsulm

A8 assembly will continue to be carried out during one alternating shift as follows:

  • Calendar week 19: Late shift + 60 min.
  • Calendar week 20: Early shift+ 60 min.
  • Calendar week 21: Late shift + 60 min.
  • Calendar week 22: Early shift+ 60 min.

Assembly of the A6/A7 will be carried out during two shifts in calendar week 19, with a shift extension of 60 minutes for the late shift. On May 14, the early and late shifts will be extended by 60 minutes each. A4/A5 assembly will be carried out as planned. Production of the Audi e-tron GT at the Böllinger Höfe will be carried out during a permanent early shift in standard working hours.
